Anyone hearing what being talked about in the last few days about what Aaron is saying about Bonds (theoretically, but most likely) breaking his HR record this year????

He said he def. will not be there and will most likely be at some course playing golf!

Whats your take?

I'm sure a lot of people thinks it's because of the allegations of steroid use. What does everyone else think about this ? (that is if you care about baseball) and the talk of Arod possible breaking it in a decade? Im mean im a Mets fan but Arod has like what, 6 homers in 8 games!!! Thats crazy! I thought my main man Jose Reyes, lead off batter on the Mets, was doing awesome with 9 RBI's!

Lets hear it!

A-Rod has been performing really well that's for sure and hopefully he'll be able to keep it up for the season as he generally dies early.

As for Aaron playing golf while someone is trying to break his record, I can't say I blame the guy. If it was me how pysched would i be that someone was going to break my record? why should he go to the game to see it live? so he can pass the torch? I'm not sure if I agree with it. I'm not a huge baseball fan but Hank Aaron is the career leader in home runs (1st place), runs batted in (1st), hits (3rd), runs (3rd), total bases (1st), and extra-base hits (1st)
