Ingredients:


* 2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
* 1 cup of fat-free strawberry yogurt
* 6 shredded macadamia nuts
* 16oz of skim milk

For all you lifters that like nuts…no not those you sicko I am talking about peanuts, cashews, almonds…here is a shake for you. Get your mind out of the gutter gals..lol
