Egg Drink

Ingredients:


* 3 - 9 egg white
(3 can be let's say a good # for us girls, 9 for guys)
* 1 whole egg
* 6-8 oz. of orange juice or any other fruit juice that you like
* 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I use the Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter Chunky) )
* Cinnamon (you can use this to your taste - don't over do it)
* Protein Powder - I use 1/4 of a Myoplex Packet (or whatever protein you use)- Vanilla flavor
* You can also use the Met-rx Protein Powder in Butter Pecan and add 3 scoops , OR right now I use 2 scoops of Strawberry Isopure.

The trick is to find a protein source that will not make the drink too thick - that is why you can't dump in the entire myoplex packet. Use anywhere from 1/4 to 1/3 of the packet.

Take a clean bowl and crack open all the eggs and make sure there are no shells. You will have 1 whole egg (yolk + white) plus how many egg whites you choose 3 - 9. Put the bowl in the microwave for 15-25 seconds. The less eggs the less time. You do not want to overcook the eggs. Take it out and discard a small white part around the edge of the bowl.

Pour this into your blender. Add the peanut butter, add the 6-8 oz. of juice, add your protein source and sprinkle on cinnamon.

DO NOT ADD ICE AND ONLY BLEND FOR 15-20 SECONDS. YOU DO NOT WANT TO OVER BLEND THE DRINK.

And that's it. It's actually delicious if you use the vanilla myoplex with orange juice.
