i got flooded pretty bad at home first thing in the AM I went downstairs to lift only to see my sneaker floating by from the top of the stairs. I had about 6" of water, went out and got a pump and pumped a few inches out. Went to another plumbing supply store to buy a bigger pump only to come home to a little over 8" of water. Started pumping and bailing at about 8am and went straight through to 9pm last night without stopping. I got it under control and left it to take a break for about an hour to have something to eat and I fell asleep on the couch. When I had left it there was only some small puddles here and there and most of it was gone but I went back down to a new fresh 1/2" of water. The worst thing was that it put out the pilot lights on both my furnace and my water heater so I had no heat or hot water all day and I finally got the heat on last night and got the water heater on this morning before leaving for work without a shower. Shocked myself a few times while connected and disconnecting pumps and priming the water heater... all in all it was a really shitty day.

the thing that sucks is that it's the basement which is where I just put in lots of brand new weights, squat rack, bench etc. so everything is soggy the past few days and all the bailing water, pumping and cleaning has left me sore and tired and no time to train.... ugh.

yeah that sucks bro i know you just got some killer equipment in there too brand new hopefully it will clear out up there soon. And i hope to be spending some time in me and verts sweet haha come july baby hopefully money will be good and ill be well on my way.
