I have attached updated pics taken last evening.
This is beginning week 4 of diet and so far its down 20 which is good.
SPC is kicking my ass with cardio and diet and I have grown accustomed to eating the same thing every single day. I have had a few setback so far, canceled shows, missing supplies, gigantic stress at work but I am back on track and looking for July, August, and September shows(that will depends on what SPC thinks).
As a competitor, you never want to design your own diet plan- we are our own worst enemies and its easy for me to design diet plans for anyone else just not for myself.
I just don't want to worry about anything except working out, posing, picking my music, and tanning. The key is to keep my current size as much as possible close to showtime but that has always been a problem in the past(some years better than others). We'll see what happens. And for those that ask if I work out, I hope this proves it(yes I am a little bitchy today- carbs and energy thing I guess).
