I'm new to this forum but not to lifting and aas use. I have no problems dicussing any and all possitive and negatives of my experiences with aas.

Since it is a private board and there are no men to bash us for our choices, I'll speak candidly. I'm anonymous here (and will remain that way) and have no problems discussing anything. Some of you may not agee with the choices I have made, but just don't critisize my choices.

this is my current plans.

tomorrow I get a full blood panels so I can see what is going on with my:

thyroid
igf levels
liver
lipids/ clorestorol
estrogen/progesterone
blood glucose
total free test
cortisol
thyroid

Then if everything is good to go, I will be doing:

EQ........50mg E5D......16 wks
primo....100mg wk.......16 wks
gh .......2 iu's ed.........forever or until the piggy bank runs dry
igf........30mcg ed.......4 wks

I'll get bloodwork done again in 8 weeks to see if the gh is slowing down my thyroid and decide if T3 or T4 should be added

my food intake is perfect right now, I tightened up my diet a month ago.

This cycle is half of the normal length I usually run

I usually run the EQ at 100mg, but I'm going heavier on the primo and so I'll back off the EQ this go around.

hey, NVS.............I'm looking for info on gh and thyroid for women. I'm pretty sure that the last time I did gh my thyroid slowed down (thats why I'll keep up on blood work so I will know for sure)

what do you know about supplementing T3 or T4? I always stayed away from these products, due to the fact that you always hear about the dreaded "thyroid shutdown"

But all my research now says that you need to run 25mcg of T3 as support for the thyroid slowing down, and that after you are done the gh, the thyroid goes back to it's old levels

What do you know about this?

What were you running with the gh at the time? Though many athletes choose to combine GH with thyroid hormones, slin (due to insulin resistance caused by running growth) and AAS, its usually to maximize its benefits but there are no actual studies to support the fact that gh slows down the thyroid though some doctors do believe it to do just that. The only sides to expect really if you are not deficient would be headaches, fluid retention, insulin resistance. Now at rediculously high doses and over extended periods of time there are some nasty sides such as acromegaly, and skin and joint problems. Besides that, gh is an elite drug with endless benefits and as you said, quite a drain on the wallet to those who can afford to run it for prolonged periods of time.

As for T4, its absolutely useless if you ask me. T3 should be used with diligence but can be very effective if run properly at a reasonable dose, 25mcg to start. Now the key to avoid thyroid trouble while on thyroid drugs is the tapering process, nice and slowwwww. Again there are no reported cases of anyone's thyroid "shutting down" from T3. The thyroid will bounce back fine on its own. However i would not suggest using it for longer than 6 weeks at a time with ample time off. I usually like to up m carbs right about the time i come off completely and will use a natural supplement to further help in the recovery process. Vitamins like:Vitamin A, B-Complex, C-Complex, E, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Lithium Orotate, Iron Complex, folic acid, Taurine, Carnitine...a good multi basically.

Hope that has helped some!

I see you said this cycle is half the length you usually run. Do you typically get more results keeping your doses low and running longer cycles? I personally am a big believer in longer cycles with moderate doses for us women as our bodies really need homeostasis. Fluctuations can be a disaster on our system.

Very interested how the igf and gh combo goes. Please keep us posted.

welcom A-Doll we are extremely pleased to have you with us, most cant see this forum to welcome ya so I will say it for them and for myself,

NVS

I will do my blood work again in 8-12 weeks and see if my thyriod is effected by the gh. I won't mess with it unless I absolutly have too.

my voice tanks on anything I take, so I am not willing to go higher on my doses. I was getting called sir on the phone the whole last cycle and it took 6 months before I was called ma'am again. I don't want it to be permanent. Hence I'll sacrifice some of the gains a bigger dosing would give me.

I'll be tracking my blood sugar out of curiosity to see how I react and if I get insulin resistance.

Keeping away from the fluctuations seem important and by low & slow, I never lose what I gained while on, I just don't make major or crazy gains.

I'm 5'5" 180lbs at 25% bf right now, so I need to lose 15lbs to be at a decent weight.

It will be very exciting to track what the gh & igf combo does, so I'll keep you posted.

Please do post your results when you have them. We can take a look at them and compare them to your initial results precycle. That should be interesting. As for your voice, I am surprised it could drop so drastically and level back out once the drugs clear your system. To most of us, once the voice drops that low, that's it. Irreversible. So consider yourself very lucky.

I started my aas cycle a moth ago, but the gh was not started.

So this test is not a tru baseline that it should have been.

but, I'll post the results

I'm not much for having my photo in an avitar, but here's one so you can see what I look like.

oh yeah..............that photo was 15 years of training & then I did a test & EQ cycle, so it's by no means years of gear use in that photo

I think that would be a super idea A-doll! Thank you for touching base with me and keeping me informed! Just drop me a line when you have the results.
I am so happy you are chatting the guys up and they are warming up to you.

Thanks girl! Yeah i am using more and more pictures that show my face, as much as i hate to do that because the guys are not very fond of female BBers and keep thinking i have the face of Barry White on crack. Ever since i started posting more "exposing" pics, i seem to have become everyone's best friend lmao....MEN *urghhhhhh*.

Hey you are just as cute. I'd fix your hair and put some makeup on you and you will knock them dead. Men don't mind the muscles if you got tits, which i don't. lol

my problem is I could care less how I look. I wear baggy t-shits & loose shorts and nothing feminine ever. I guess if I was trolling for a boyfriend I could doll up, but I'm just into training and doing my own thing.

I like being single and I'm not looking :)

Shit I am the exact same way. I think all us female bodybuilders are more in touch with our masculine side. But I am done being single. Too lonely. I found me a bodybuilder just like me and girl i am tellin you it can get FUN WHEN YOU GOT ALL THAT TEST IN YOU! LMAO!

:)
