Bodybuilder's Soup

Ingredients:


* 1/2 Medium-Large Potato
* Chicken Stock Cube
* Can of tuna
* Garlic
* Coriander

1. Chop potato into small 1inch pieces and boil
2. When boiled drain, save 1/2pint of the water you boiled potatoes in.
3. Create a stock with the potato water and the stock cube.
4. Put Stock, Potatoes, Tuna in Blender
5. Add a couple of cloves of garlic and some coriander
6.Blend
7. Return to pan, bring to boil then simmer for 2 mins.
8. Eat and Enjoy.

It makes a nice thick tasty soup for when eating tuna gets boring.
