that's what is listed on the cafeteria door for breakfast tomorrow and it's fucking killing me everytime I see it because I know I'd love it but I know I'm having 5 egg whites, oatmeal and a shake for breakfast and it doesn't sound nearly as good!!!

I'll not tell you what I had for breakfast today (as it is my cheat day)...well yes I will. I had biscuits and CHOCOLATE gravy with a 2 huge glasses of milk. I LOVE CHEAT DAYS!!!

I love it...but my parents used to make it for us every saturday morning...it's nothing but butter, milk, cocoa, and sugar...very health!!! If you like chocolate you would love this stuff.

Chocolate Gravy?
*slurp*
I never heard of chocolate gravy. With what would you eat that?

damn... I do love chocolate so how could it be bad. I have to say though that there are loads of other things that I'd have on my list besides biscuits but chocolate would definitely be on there!

Right now biscuits and chocloate gravy sound like heaven.
I have to add that to my list of foods to eat when the season is over.

Spiderman..PLEASE POST THE RECIPE!!

Here it is...I guess...there's really not an exact recipie, but this is what I do.

Biscuits and Chocolate Gravy
Ingredients
Butter, Flour, Unsweetened Cocoa, Milk, Sugar

Melt 1 stick of butter in a frying pan on the stove. Then mix in flour to make a rue (think pasty substance) until a little thick. Then mix in come cocoa, I usually use a spoon for oatmeal and mix it until all of the rue is black. Only go 1 spoonful at a time. Then pour in your milk, again I don't know how much, but pour it to the level you want your gravy @. Stir continuously until all of the rue has dissolved into a lake of chocolatey goodness. (You may need to add some more milk if it becomes to think to quickely). Finally add sugar, I usually use about a 1/4 cup of sugar for the gravy. That's it. IF it doesn't make sense let me know and when I fix it again next week I'll measure everything out.

"a lake of chocolatey goodness"
