Just wondering

how long until i see results in wieght gaining. im on my 5th shot of sus @ 500mg/wk. 1m 162 5'8 and 7.5 bf. my diet is dialed in, and i train 5 days a week for little over an hour. Its my first cycle.

i get on the scale every morning. cant wait til it reads 180!!
 
i wish i could get some tpe of appetite booster! Is there anything out there that would boost it?
 
nobody said it was easy. you really wind up force feeding yourself. and im not talking about eating extra chix and rice. try more red meat, wheat pasta, flavored oats, baked potatoes. make shit taste good. i bet you could eat lean ground beef and pasta all day long. and a lot of it.
 
yea, i landscape all day, so im always getting plenty of cardio. guess ill keep grubbing, and hope for the best!
 
keep up the eating bro...you might try throwing eq. in for your next cycle as it always brings my appetite up. I can't seem to stay full on the stuff.

you could also try b-12. but nothing works to increase my appetite either. strenous activity only kills my appetite more (and increses my metabolism)

eating is real challenge for me sometimes. I dont know what is worse....bulking and eating so much you wanna puke all the time, or cutting and starving and doing cardio til you wanna die.
 
agreed! the eating part is tough. my strength seems to be going up slowly, but it is only the start of my 3rd week!
