A year ago I found out about how MMA had made Brazilian Ju Jitsu popular and I always loved wrestling, so now I could go to a school and grapple daily. I was hooked!

Unfortunatly, muy old bones & joints rebeled with a few strained muscles & such. So I started stretching daily, which lead me to Yoga for variation. Then I realized that my speed and agility was so bad from all the years of doing the same heavy lifts over & over, so I took up something called "CrossFit" http://www.crossfit.com/ and thru that I found a coach that trains Olympic Lifting and I am now training in that.

Funny how I came right back to the weightlifting :)

So these days I am doing my bodybuilding at night as well as incorperating Yoga, OL or CrossFit first thing in the am (or whenever I get enough coffee in me)

Next moth I will be back in my hometown & grappling every day! :dead: I can't wait
