Hello all, NVS told mere there was an active womens forum over here so i wanted to pop by and introduce myself.

Lil bout me 30yrs old, 5'11, 162 off season 142ish on. do obstacle course competitions with the course, fitness skills, stage and routine. Planning on trying my hand at figure this October. Yes i cycle and im hoping this is a place where the ladies who do can talk about what cycling does and means for us
