Shrimp Marinara
makes 4 servings

1.5 lbs shrimp
1 can tomatoes w/ italian seasoning (28 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped red pepper

Heat oil in a pan over a med-high heat. Add garlic and pepper and cook until garlis is gold color. Add tomatoes with juice, and bring to a slow boil, reducing heat if necessary. Cook for 20 minutes until mixture reaches a saucelike consistency. Add shrimp and cook until about 4 minutes or until shrimp is opaque. Serve immediately
