Oatmeal Cake

3/4 cup oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
2 large scoops (or 4 small) of white choclate (or vanilla) protein powder
stevia or splenda to taste
cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg..........
(add a 1/2 C. egg whites)

Bake at 375 for 30 min!!!
