For those that train DC

Honestly, after training legs how do you drive home? I got in my car the other day and my legs were shaking uncontrollably. Anyone else have this happen?
 
Suck it up bro., dont be a wuss. LOL How long did they shake for - usually passes
in time. Dam, at least you know you worked the hell out of them!

Pretty much the whole ride home...10mins. Must be doing something right I guess.
 
Did the same thing yesterday...they started shaking as soon as I left the squat rack...I made the mistake of squatting before I did leg curls...ouch. So I finished my leg curls after that and I couldn't stop all the way home. But I spend a lot of time stretching and that seemed to help a bit. I can't imagine not stretching after that...but @ least we know we're growing. I can't tell you how many people @ the gym were staring after that leg workout. They were like...who is this sadistic bastard... :satan: lol
 
I don't know how you guys do it, I do most of my workouts at home and I have a squat rack in my basement. Sometimes I stay down there for over an hour after my workout so I don't have to walk up the stairs, my bedroom is on the third floor of the house so after working out that's 4 flights of stairs. Last week my wife nuked my fish for me and brought it down to the basement so I can eat dinner while I gathered my strength to go upstairs!!! lol
 
I jus love pain like that man. Stretchin the shit out of you quads and trying to stand with a fat ass pump is almost impossible. I look like a douche bag leaving the gym, but it's worth it to get some sick wheels!
 
i love it. My legs feel less destroyed and more pumped with the low volume. Only the pump affects my walk and its of course temporary.
 
Luckily, my gym is one block away from where I live. I normally drive 45 min to work, drive 45 min back to the gym, and then 1 min back to the house. I get the shaky legs often myself and can't quite walk up the stairs to the door. Not so bad though now that I've incorporated DC stretching.
 
if i walk out of the gym and am not in pain from either holding my gym bag or just walking period i will fuckin turn around and go back in there cause that means i was a pussy. After leg workout i usually wait about 10 minutes in the lockerroom pound a shake try to keep from throwing up and then try to drive my 6 speed home which is more then a fucking job when you can barly walk pushing in my damn clutch.
 
Heh, Gbart, you should get one of those cars that you can shift manually if you want to, but can also use like an automatic if you want.

Did heavy legs on Wednesday, couldn't walk normally yesterday, and I'm still a little sore today.
