New Job!

I've started a new job. Now I'm not all couped-up in an office in front of the computer, I'm actually off my ass doing shit. It's a good job, I'm an appretice welder and I help with the construction and whatnot, doing whatever the journeymen and formen want me to. I'm making WAY more money, so it's worth it. The only problem is, I can't log-into MC all day while at work!

Doing this job, I can actually have my fiance' stay home with the twins and not have to go back to work. Daycare is expensive. Plus, I'd like them to get raised by their mom, at least for these first few precious years.

When working the office job, it was coush, and easy and I was in charge but it's the sacrafices we all have to make. If I stuck with the office, she'd have to find work too. It's just much better this way.

Congrats brutha...glad to hear that you got a better paying job and that you are happy with it. I know what you mean about the little lady staying home with the kids. I have 3 of them and my wife had to work for the first couple of years, but after awhile she was working just to pay someone else to raise them. Good for you man! I came into a desk job a few months ago and have to go back to the flightline in July. It's a lot easier to eat all my meals n shit, but damn do I feel like falling asleep all day. Both have their ups and downs, but I can't wait to actually have some real manual work to do. It's pretty sweet when a change works out for the better.

The best part about being a apprentice is you know you have raises comming.
Good to learn a trade - if you ever decide to try something else you have something
to fall back on. Also down the road you can pick up side work for xtra $$$.
Word of advice - hustle, do what your told and even if your boss is a real ass make
him think you like working for him. Believe me brother, it will keep you working.

Problem solved. I work with Network Admin so here is something to bypass your networks security. Its not illegal so dont worry. Go to kproxy.com and then surf the web. You are using a totally diff server than your one at work!
