if that is indeed the case than most of us are training wrong

no, its just pros got the genetics that they can probably train just about anyway they want and grow. Not to mention, you can probably heal alot faster on all the stuff they are on.

That's what I've always thought...I assumed it was genetics and lots of gear. But I'm not one so I don't know.

i agree with mike lol genetics keeps monsters like jay and ronnie recovering but also i think even they would be overtraining if they werent on all that muscletech ;)

mans got a point would be alot easier if that was all i had to do. manual labor sucks :(

yeah I can't imagine there are many professional bodybuilders who spent the weekend demo'ing two rooms in their house, swinging a sledge hammer and carrying sheetrock up 2 flights of stairs.

yea they not working to hard but walking around 325lb would be pretty hard too. also i thought i read they we take alot more gear then the pros do? yea right.

there is another factor. I dont think pros just got good genetics, I think they also respond to gear better than others. I believe you need BOTH of these traits to be a successful pro. That doesnt mean its all it takes.
