You just starting back working out again or just hitting the board again?
 
Well.. Just getting back on the boads, I have been on again off again with injuries in the workout department. I just had my right knee fixed again end of nov. Thanks for the welcome back. Ill be here hopefully from time to time now.
 
rico Sasha is good man... we're slow back at the gym, we've got a 3.5yr old too... she's had some ups and downs w/ some health issues, but at the moment seems good...
