GH and what makes it work...

I have been reading some info on and off line about how to take GH and here is what I have found:

1-3ius HRT levels
3-5ius mild fat loss and mild muscle building levels
5-7ius very good fat loss and very good muscle building levels

1/2 dose in the morning and other 1/2 post training

Doses should be taken at same time each time.

Should be taken everyday not training days or skipping of the days.

3 months is the minimum amount of time it should be used.

Test, Insulin, T-4 or T-3(Thyroid meds) should be used to maximize the desired results.
 
Since most of us are on a budget, what is better? running HGH at a higher level? or running HGH and IGF together?
 
Yep, I found out the same thing. Been considering getting a little more to extend the length of the cycle.
 
It all depends on your goals..loose fat, gain lean muscle. HRT...

The pro's that I have been in touch with tell me that you have to take it 7 days a week so your body does not drop under or below a level or you are basically starting all over again when you take a day off..

WIth that being said I can only tell you what I think can work in your/our favor. This is not based on any personal,medical or professional level just a gut feeling.

If you break a 30day month into days(Da!!) do:

IGF days 1,5,10,15,20,25,30
Peg-MGF 3,7,12,17,22,27.
HGH 5 days on. dosage depends on your goals but 2ius ED is min..I like 4ius, 2 ius 2x daily

Then toss in insulin, t-3 in 4 weeks cycles low doses..

Great post NS... Great info and insight. as we can see every BODY is different and not everyone will respond to the exact cycles... You have great awesome and superb info on all of this items and I for one am going to read reread your post and find out what makes the most sense since most of us would love to take it teh perfect timed way but can't sit around waiting to take a shot...lol.. You have great ideas and thank you for your post..
 
NS has some nice ideas and thoughts and it shows us that every BODY reacts differentlt to the same exact things.. As always find what works best for your body so understand Know what your body is trying to tell you..
 
funny how and when ppl take it.. it appears to me that timing is vital to its maximum results.. we all are different so we find what works for us.. I always liek teh night time and midnight runs as well.. I felt night time is the best time since we are resting and repairing and growing during that time so why not give your body what it needs to grow..

have you tried different times? I'm really curious how much of a difference it makes. I like the idea of taking it in the middle of the night when you're growing!
