Foriegn student - help me with a diet plan

Hi everybody,

I am new to this forum.I think Muscle Chemistry is one of the best and most active forums for Bodybuilding on the net.

Anyway abt my request.I am moveing to CANADA(Vancouver) to pursue my higher studies.I am planning to share a 2 bed room apt with 4 guys.Though my class schedule is very tight, i am sure i will certainly squeeze in atleast 4 days of workout.Now my concern is, how do i maintain my protien intake with the burgers and pastas?

I know this sounds stupid.But i am a strict vegetarian.I eat egg whites.Thats
abt it.Now to ensure a steady protien intake what should my regular breakfast,lunch and dinner be,with 2 meals in the middle?Of course i will be takeing 2 shakes a day(considering MYOPLEX),but a more natural diet would also be helpfull.

I am considering oats,eggwhites,almonds for now(Plz mention any other protien rich vegetarian foods).Since there is lack of nutrition should i go in for a good set of multivitamins?

Plz help me a devise a simple meal plan which is fast to make,since i will have no time to cook.Perhaps i can cook for dinner.Thats abt it.

I am looking forward for u r advice guys.

I would use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, more bang for your buck, and eat more than 2 a day. Eggs will be your best friend. Boil them up ahead of time and eat them when you get hungry. I can't officially make you a meal plan because your schedule is different than mine but I can tell you to try to eat every 2 to 3 hours. Also are you trying to gain weight or lose it?

I am trying to gain weight.I have a model like look with a neat 6 pack but i have no mass and i am trying to gain weight.

I am exactly 6 feet,weigh abt 75 kilos(dont know in pounds) and my waist is abt 32 inches.I have a weak chest but my arms have bloated like baloons.

should i specify any more details?
