igf 4 times a day 80mcgs

Whats up fellas this was the second time using igf and after messing around the first time and getting good results at 40mcgs pwt 20/20 i decided to step it up the sec time around. I have started a new job so my cardio is out but the igf is still keeping my weight and Bf down. i am doing 20mcg in the morn around 5am at breakfast then another 20 when i get hhome from work around 4:30, im in the gym by 5:30 home by 6:45 and then another 20/20 in the muscle just worked and shit has this been a great way to use it for me at least, with not eating so great i am still losing wieght and staying around 195-198 i am also 5'11 with around 12-13 % bf. for those with the time, and who use 80mcg a day i thought i would just post another way. if anyone thinks this isnt a gd way for health reasons pls give me some info. thanks fellas!
 
hey bro nice to see a new dosing experiment, sounds like it's working for you so keep track of your progress and keep us posted.
 
It would be idle to use 20mcg every 4 hours, i suspect, but if one wants to do 120 shots a month "GO FOR IT"...lol.. i am soooo tired of shots, the less the better

I'm with you on that bro, for a little while I was running SYNTHESELEN, SYNTHETINE, SYNTHELAMIN, and IGF. I was burning through pins faster than I keep track of ordering them and I wasn't even taking any AAS. When I started shooting Prop it was a walk in the park to only have to shoot once a day! lol

Well i am down to 188-189 very first thing in the morning which i will have to say i have not been this hard looking or this vascular in prob about 10 yrs, i am still taking 80 mcgs a day but added a really light tren / prop cycle now for a couple of weeks now. 300mgs week for both. cardio is still no where to be found, and diet is so so , my protien should be about 100grams more a day( which could be why i am losing lbs ), but i am doing pretty damn good with keeping the fat/carbs sugar and sodium to a real gd low <except when needed> . I would def recommend trying igf this way after starting a month with 40mcgs a day to get used to it.
 
that's great bud, how long have you run the IGF for? did you take a break after the first month? Keep up the good work,.
 
Well the first time i used 40mcgs a week for around 5 weeks , took about a month off then came back started my second at 40 for the first week, saw a oldd friend in the gym, who looked great and said he did his igf for 10 weeks on and 6 off, and cycled it in a similar way to me. so i am currently on for like 6/7 weeks but next week is my last, prob going up to 100mcg day spread out, then im going to take off like 4-5 weeks then jump back on when im done with the light test/tren cycle with pct
 
Yeah when I was a newb I could do 30 sticks a day .....It was like the stickin part was an addiction...A ritchual (SP) All in itself.

When Presser says" maybe" he means another type of stickin.
 
yeah I know what you mean about it being a ritual, I was off for three years but I had to cycle on B-12 and IGF just to be on something. I think there's definitely a high associated with it for me, for a while I was "sticking" as you called it, in my office with the door locked. There was definitely a thrill factor because of the potential of getting caught.

toofabz it would be nice if you gave us a before after pick with a log. We need some new ones of those around here.

whats up fella's ,,, srry i havent posted... Ive actually been off igf for a while, but stayed in the gym pretty hard. with my last igf cycle ive dropped down to 177-179 which i do kinda feel like it is a lil skinny for me coming from 205lbs 6 months ago... i dont have any gd pics except for on my cell which i dont know how to post here.... im looking forward to starting up again in jan with just igf ,,, which is how i like it,,, again the 20mcgs 4 times a day worked amazing for me... im going to see if i could post them....
