Seems like since the beginning many users of GH believe that GH is only beneficial if its used for atleast 4 months or it’s a “waist”. But with some of the new theories (such as Gavin's 3 day a week) a daily routine isn't necessary. The body will fluctuate GH levels on its own, with a peak during sleep, lowest when you wake up.
I cant afford GH for 6 months at the moment. I do understand that 6 months vs. 1 month would be much more beneficial. I cant imagine using GH for one month right after I wake up, or right after I work a large muscle group not being beneficial.
so i guess im asking why not 1 or 2 months?? There doesnt seem to be a build up nessisary for GH to work. As far as i can tell, it starts working from the minute you first introduce it into your system.
