Anyone bored at work?

We have been really slow here the past couple weeks and I find myself bored as hell at work, Is there anything you do at work to kill time when its slow?

Cant help ya there bro manual labor for me, hell everyday i pray to god i can get bored lol. With the heat index not getting below 110 this week i was dying . Do you have a computer at work etc.? Just surf is the only thing i can think of or write out all kinds of workouts diets etc. Thats what i did when i used to work graveyard at a gym i had like 190 different workouts and 5 different diets for cutting bulking lean bulking etc. lol.
