cool article for us old timers who remember Tony Atlas, unfortunately he bashes steroids a little but not as bad as most. Sergio Olivia will be at the event which sounds cool.

When I was growing up the family down the road used to watch and go to this thing called wrestling.. these guys would jump off the ropes, slam each other to the floor and whack each other with chairs... I never heard of such a thing in my life so I woudl watch it with them, I got hook for a few years.

Tony Atlas, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Jake 'The Snake" Roberts, Ivan Putski were just afew names I grew up watching.. What a great time to be a kid..

What a flash back Mikeswift you caused me.

Tony Atlas was at the laundry mat trying to pick up a girl when I was about 14 years old, my buddy and I went down and asked him for his autograph. I'm pretty sure a couple of star struck kids asking for his autograph got him laid that day.

I bet it didn't hurt.. Soem great guys back in that day...

I really was a HUGE Ivan Putski fan.
