I am 12 weeks out
I did not cut anything for this show I just decided to do it that morning
i weighed in at 234lbs

how did you do on that one bro? Looking great as usual damn your lean for still haveing 12 weeks left.

Very lean for 12 weeks indeed.. great place to be when I see all you need is too drop about 5% which is 12 lbs at your weight.. you should gain about 3-5lbs of muscle and drop about 12lbs fat which puts you at 225lbs come show time..

I can't wait to see your lower body catch up with you upper body... Good job you look great Wish I looked that nice the day of soem shows I did...lol..
