I hired Scott Mendelson..

I hired Scott for a 12 week period and he is going to design everything from diet, supplements, training and meals.

He helped for sooo freaking much the last 6 months it figured I owed him enough respect to see if he could take me to the next level.

He ownes infinityfitness and operates SST supplement company.. Keep you all posted but I can't say enough about him and his supplement line.
 
Sweet, hope you decide to share some of the advice he gives you with us. Knowledge from a guy with that kind of experience is worthwhile.
 
I will keep you all posted. So far I see it as a way to keep me focused, on track and goal oriented. Consistancy is what I am seeing with meals, diet and supplements.
 
consistency is the key to success in this lifestyle... the mistakes I so commonly see are things like taking your supps one day and forgetting the next, eating good one day and drinking all weekend, missing a workout because you're tired etc...

I hope this is everything you expect it to be for you.

For the last 3 years I set goals for myself and reached most of them. The one goal I have failed to reach is to step on stage again... no biigie since I told myself if I did not reach a certain bf% I would not step on stage.. I gave myself 16 weeks to drop 10% and fell well short of that goal..

Scott will keep me focused, motivated and challenge me every week and hat is what I needed to be done, I failed at that aspect of my training...

He asked what my goal was I said " I am 228lbs 13% I want to step onto stage or the beach next June 08' at 220+lbs 5% (235lbs is my persoanl goal).

It's realistic and obtainable...

I had help from alot of guys along the way and I have found that everyone helps me in alot in many ways, but no one person has all the answers. Scott and his team has been a huge asset to me and my goals... His supplements are second to none and would highly recommend that his company be used for all your future supplements.You can get his products through Phil Hernon.

Those two guys are a endless wealth of knowledge. You will hard pressed to find 2 guys who will be able to help you achieve your goals faster..Phil and Scott and 2 of the best I know. I owe most if not all of my new 25lbs to Phil for his knowledge and advice and the rest to SST products.. without them I woudl still be 190lbs.
