gettin lean bro. what did you do to your left tear drop? is it injured? post up some back shots. i will say one thing about one of your poses, cause ive made the same mistake, and judges have told me repeatedly......in your front db bi, dont stretch up and arch you back, now your elbows are almost behind you, this is collapsing your chest muscles, and losing some lats from the front. instead try a slight vacuum with abs, while standing more straight up, not leaning back, and bring your elbows more forward, kinda squeezing your pecs too and flaring your lats all at the same time. but dont listen to me my posing sucks. thats just what ive been told.

my left quad thats prob just how i posed
so your saying to like flex my abs while doing that pose
and bring my elbows in slightly puliing with my chest and sit on my abs

dont sit on your abs, do like a slight vacuum, so you can just see the outline of them. stand up tall but dont arch back and pull your elbows back. instead pull them forward al little so you have some pec mass but still try to flare your lats. as you can see in your pics your rounding your sternum(and arching your back) and pulling your elbows back.

in your rear lat, instaed of stopping your hands there at the sides of your hips, try getting into that pose by starting your hands on your lower lumbar, and slide them around to about the fron of your hip bones, pulling your elbows out and to the front. but dont round your back. maybe we can get together for a few and pose. and not the best at it, but i know what im looking at.
