Ice baths

hmmm. No I havent ever done this, doesnt sound to pleasent though LOL. I've never really had a ned to, but it does seem as if it would be effective.
 
The easy way to do it would be to fill the tub with cold water and then add 3 or 4 bags of ice to the tub while keeping your legs submerged. I would wear a pair of bike shorts to keep my nads from freezing and falling off and I would wear a wool hat on my head, the hat made a HUGE difference believe it or not. Now I've done it dozen of times but only for my legs and I was wondering how it would work for a killer chest day or when my shoulders feel like they're not attached anymore because they're so tired and sore that I can't shave
 
I was gonna say - mabey it was after ice baths that Berry Bonds girlfriend saw his
little nuts!! It was the ice baths not the juice!
 
lmao ive done it once after baseball just got my hole body in it. It was cold as shit but like mike said it was very refreshing the hole night i just felt better, and the next day my shoulder wasnt nearly as tender as usual im a believer just havent takin the time to buy bags of ice etc. Plus once i got it set up i would have to do a cannon ball to get in all the way haha and that would make a mess.
 
when i was in my early twenties and bouncing on weekends i would work out right before i had to work that nite, and take ice cold showers after the workouts so i would stay pumped up longer for work,lol, gay i know
 
i didnt know that worked? humm pretty good idea if your trying to impress or intimidate people. Gay not really, Cause you said it yeah a little ;).
