Breakfast????

What do you eat for breakfast? I am getting sick and tired of Oatmeal. I am to the point where I have a MRP for breakfast. I really want to get back to eating a good meal, but I am just tired of the same crap every morning. I really need something more to eat for breakfast.
 
about 3-4 full eggs. 2 slices of wheet toast. Then im hugry again 2 hours later.

I'm trying to not have a #3 at mc d's (cheese-bacon-egg-biscuit) -but its really really hard...
 
I alternate between a protein shake and a banana and oatmeal followed by a shake a little later. Once or twice a week I have a breakfast burrito from the cafeteria downstairs but I try and limit that and a i try to get the guy to use egg whites.
 
6 whole eggs, turkey bacon and/or sausage, some low GI cereal (yes, there are one or two). grits and cream of wheat are good too.
 
I am a oatmeal junky myself...but every once in awhile my wife will make me eggs, bacon, and toast. However, I am also a junky for the #3 @ Mcd's...as well as the egg mcmuffin!!!

Mine has been about the same lately. I am so tired of oatmeal, I will drink a shake and then a monster on the way to work.
 
Some mornings I only have time for something like cereal, like mini wheats or life. The mornings I have time I have a 5 eggwhite/1reg egg omelet with whole wheat toast or potato.
 
they say you dont really need to clean your colon, a good fiber diet will usually clean everything out.
 
I'm always paranoid about my breakfast. I've been asleep and my body has been without food for hours. I even try and throw down a shake before I take that first piss, but that's not always possible. I've had the same breakfast for awhile now: 1 shake (one scoop whey isolate, 5g glutamine, and 5g bcaa's), 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 5 egg whites, and 1 whole egg. A little over an hour later and it's time to fuck shit up in the gym!
 
I cant eat plain oatmeal makes me wanna puke lol. So i throw it in a shake with 55 g's whey and blend that shit up and chug it. About a full cup. Keeps me full for about 2 hours. Im not a morning person getting up and cooking is that last thing i wanna do.
 
Anyone ever heard of "German Breakfast?" My Dad used to eat this every morning when he lived in Germany. Put in a bowl:

1/3-1/2 cup raw oats (Quaker oats work well)
about 1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt (plain or flavored)
Diced fruit or berries of any kind (I like diced peaches and sliced strawberries)
Milk

You can mix it up a bit or not when you eat it. I prefer not to mix so much. It's very good and will lower your cholesterol at the same time (though he didn't know that at the time).
