First run of the MC IGF

I finally started my IGF. I applied it to my biceps. I used 30mcgs in each. I used it 45min after a bicep workout, I let it come up to room temp and applied it to the peak of the muscle. My Biceps are real sore and its been two days . It feels like they do after a hard workout but its lasting longer. It also is very sore when I straighten out my arms and is stiff. Is this a normal side?

happened to me also at first. That passed. I think I asked the same question and
was told the same thing. I dont even bring it up to room temp. Soreness will get
shorter then not even be noticeable. Just my experience. (wonder why that
is?)

yes its normal at first but should get better and not happen later down the line much

OK , Im doing chest tonight....... Should I save it for the weekend, I gotta work tomorrow? Is my chest gonna be as sore as my arms? Also would you up the dose for chest opposed to biceps?

yeah I would use the same amount no matter where you apply it, chest will be able to handle it a lot easier because it's a very large muscle group compared to Bi's which are one of the smallest

When I used I applied to it my biceps and they were sore the first few times, but after those intial times I didn't have any issues with pain. Also, I would stick to a certain area just so you get the peak potential out of it. It worked wonders and gave my bicep the peak I never was able to achieve. I loved it.

Ok. I just applied it to my triceps and in about 5 min they peaked up to about 3/4 inch where I applied it. I rubbed them down a bit, but is that normal? If so what is going on in my muscle at that point?

was this post workout? have you ever "applied" anything to triceps before? it could be just a reaction from the application but if it went away after rubbing it down I wouldn't worry too much about it.

It's a little bit of a reaction to the BA in the product. It is perfectly normal, don't worry about it.

Isn't there AA in there, as well. I read alot of old posts in the IGF forum, and was under the impression that it had AA in it. AA can irritate, like BA, correct? Maybe I am confused?:dizzy: Anyway, wouldn't adding some BW counter this reaction? I was going to try this on my beloved rats. They are sensitive, you see?

Its been a full day and night since I applied it and I still have a peak on my triceps, it is the first time I ever applied to my triceps. They are a little sore but they are peaked still, its not normal looking to me thats how much I can tell.

peaked? is there anything swollen or inflamed? if it''s your first time using tri's it might be why, the first time I hit my calves they were a mess for 3 or 4 days but returned to normal after that

You could say swolen, not real painful. Its right at the application point and is peaked and doesnt flow with the normal muscle structure for my tricep, kinda like a small peak on a bicep.

AA doesn't irritate as much as BA. When IGF is reconstituted, you use one or the other.

Yep, it's the BA in the product. It will go away in a few days.
