anyone else feeling it? What the hell happened to Fall? It's coming down hard here, not really sticking much but the highway was slick and sloppy and added some time to my ride this morning.

I was going to head out at lunch and hit the road for some cardio but looks like I'll stick to the treadmill today...
 
we should be getting pounded. But its 40 deg here today. thank you global warming!
 
I just want to know where our snow is. Utah is supposed to have a quite a few feet in the mountains by now, but there is nothing. Our ski areas haven't been able to open. You guys can send your snow over here, lol.
 
It's an unusual winter here, we've only had one night of snow (a few days ago) and it was gone by the next day. We usually have snow around Sept and should be havin some negative windchills by now (we're still in the 30's)
 
Its deer season here and I noticed there are still some leaves on the trees here... I remember when I was a kid hunting just ten years ago it was 10 to 20 degrees with snow during deer season and no leaves on the trees. Its been in the 60s all week. We used to let our deer hang in the barn because it never got above 35 for the whole week and now we have to get them to the meat locker that day.
 
50 degree temp drop just in time for thanksgiving here...now everyone will be sick. :rolleyes:

i usually go skiing but not this year - and its a good thing because of the late winter they are having.

No coats here- It will be 80 again today, and will be 70 on Thanksgiving but then it will be hot again towards the weekend. Really nice..
