benching your body weight?

I'm making a comeback and well on my way so the other day I decided to try something. I'm about 206 and I put up 210 on the bench for 11 reps at the end of my workout (taking a break from DC).

I'm curious how many reps can you guys get with your bodyweight? What do you think is the norm?

so my goal of wanting to hit break 300lbs by Christmas is a decent start. I'm hoping to be closing in on it in the next few weeks I put up 290 pretty easily a few weeks back.

hitting my body weight is pretty easy for me, even though im a giant fat ass. I weight 245ish... and bench 405-425... in that range.

I can bench my bodywieght about 18 times. Max is 2 times bodyweight, maybe a little more. I did lose 20lbs in about 3 months from supps I was taking that suppressed my appetite dramitically.....A form of A.D.D medication, so im very light right now but strength is still up there.

I can get about 15 with 210. I'm hoping to get to 275 this Christmas myself.

Im around 220 now and can do 225 12 times but my one rep max was 350 back in April. My shoulder kinda sets the pace for my bench max, I think thats all I can get because of a seperation I had years ago. I found after 315 it got heavier and heavier for me. My best for body weight was as junior in high school at 180 putting up 315 and having no clue on how to lift the right way. I did bench everyday back then because I had no one to teach me the right way.

When my weight was 185lbs I benched 405lbs 3 reps. NO shirt. I do not believe in them... Now that I am 220+lbs best I can do is 360lbs 6 -8 reps.. 225lbs 17 reps then my heart is going 200+ bpm and my lungs burn.
