I had yesterday off so it's like Monday for me. It's a short week and I'm pysched to hit the gym today, going to do some cardio at lunch and then back and chest tonight!
 
gettin back into it myself, been serious back into it after my injuries and have already put back on 6lbs. Couldn't be happier:)
 
well meetings took precidence and I've missed my lunchtime cardio, that and I forgot my running shoes anyway... going to try and get a run in when I get home tonight if it doesn't get too dark too early.
