I merged your threads bro, check out our IGF forum, there's lots of results and different dosing schedules. I see you're my age and I think guys like us once we hit the early to mid 30's and on see the best results from it because it literally turns back the clock for our bodies.

I am getting ready to begin immense growth factor (hopefully next week), and have done two other runs in the past, both not quite as extensive as this one. I think it is a great option for pct from any ph or aas cycle, as it does help maintain gains, and does keep that nice pumped feeling in the gym that can sometimes be lacking during pct settings. Also, I have to add that my most recent ph cycle done a few months after the two igf experiments was much more beneficial than others. I do have to add that my diet was better and my training style was a little heavier and am sure that those played into the better gains as well, but I believe the igf also aided in it.

Few of us stay on anabolics all the time, and possibly few should, so IGF is an effective non hpta affecting way to still make gains while off. Truly, many of the otc supps just are not going to do much in the way of body recomp/muscle gains, but IGF will (although it is not a great size builder on its own). I am sure that it does carry its own set of risks, but I think it can be used to actually minimize the overall risks of an anabolic life style by allowing a person to be "off" and still grow a little, while setting the stage for possibly better growth the next time you go "on", and possibly decrease the need for escalating dosages of anabolics.

I have found that this is true. I had been applying immense growth factor-1 to my legs, and it really has helped me grow better even after I've been off of it. The theory is that it causes hyperplasia, or a splitting/creation of new fibers. That means more fibers to grow larger via hypertrophy. Case in point, I applied it to the small triangle muscle in the quads at the top of my legs, they pop out now, and have been steadily growing bigger each time I've worked my quads. Before, they didn't do much. Same with the teardrop muscle by the knee. The outer quad muscle is also larger.
