ten egg whites two whole eggs whip them up put in a pan just like ur going to make an omlet.as a matter of fact just mke an omlet but over cook the eggs not burned just over cooked dry.put on a plate sprincle cinnamon and splenda over the top. then cover with one serving of sugar free syrup. def fix a sweet tooth.

similar to french toast i think hes trying too eliminate the carbs etc. sounds good nonetheless.

Basically a frittata, you should try this in a special frittata pan, do a google search, you'll have it perfect every time you make it.

sorry I should have specified, the one NAIR found is great, but not idiot proof.
Most guys cant cook (not that I can, I just work at a restaurant) but they make ones out there that are basically two pans facing each other, it traps the heat like having a cover on, and you can flip it over without ANY skillz.
