Sterlilising

Whats up guys. I extracted some gear from a satchet, and am a little weiry of using it just yet, because im questioning its sterlility, because i haed poked a hole straight threw the other side by accident. I have a full description of what appenend in the main forum, but i was wondering if aside from filtering, if there is a way of sterilising my gear, thanks in advance

I agree with press...filtering is the best way to remove pyrogens, which are things that cause fever. If you picked up a nasty bug on the pin when you went through you will be screwed, but the chances of that are very small and heat is the way to get rid of that, but honestly I wouldn't worry about it. If you get an infection you can get it taken care of with some antibiotics and it's really not a big deal. You will remove any pyrogens that are there by filtering and a lot of bugs if they are there. So filter it, pin it, and grow!

filtering is always the best solution for any possible bacteria removal, just stick with 0.2 micron and you should be just fine
