ground turkey meatload

im trying this prob tomorrow night i love meatloaf i can eat it everyday and this is a great alternative to my over fat loaded meatloaf hope somebody else will enjoy this too.
Ingredients

4 Egg whites (large)
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Cup ketchup, unsweetened
4 Oz quaker oatmeal
1 Cup boiled unsalted onion
2 Dash ground black pepper
8 Oz medium tomatillo salsa
1 lb ground raw turkey
1 Cup of soup - vegetable soup, spring mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients except ketchup until well blended.

Place in meatloaf pan and cover the top of the meatloaf with ketchup.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.

Sounds good. I'm probably gonna try it this weekend. Do I have to call it "meatload" too? Haha :D

Made this yesterday and it came out good as fuck! I used Hot Pace Picante Salsa, threw in some cayenne pepper, and ditched the ketchup on top. I divided the pan into 1/4's for servings. Good recipe man :thumbsup:
