looks like this is already a sticky in the health foods forum, sorry... anyway, I just tried one of spidy's recipies... even gave it a 'review' - I'd like to hear of anyone who has tried any of these recipies and of course prep time, maybe cost per meal, and overall opinion of sides that go with the main course/dessert/snack whatever... but i would suggest of course putting them in the thread w/ the actual meal..

i've gotta start tweaking a diet here soon so i can grow, but it looks like most food will be cooked 1 or 2 days a week for the entire week, so I gotta plan ahead for food shopping and cook time/prep time/clean up time etc.. so i'm all ears to anyone who's willing to share.

i cook a weeks worth of chicken, rice, and turkey each weekend.
not to mention the steak and eggs I gotta cook everyday.

I hate my kitchen. i spend more time there than in my bed.
