Homebrew Help-Drive -methandriol dipropionate

Im tryin to make this at 100mg/ml and would appreciate some help on what I would need so it doesn't crash.

Also, tried to make 2 brews at same time and took long time to dissolve in oven with 3%ba and 20%bb. then as soon as it cooled it turned into a dry paste and was ruined so that was a waste of 20 grams. Need help if I try again.
