igf dosage question

I actually had the best results with fat loss while keeping muscle at a higher dosage (100-120mcg), but I also tried it 4 times a week pwo at 60mcg. That latter produced decent results. I also used less and was able to run it for a lot longer.
 
everyone is different bro, if u never did it before i would start with 30-40mcgs daily
 
I had great results using it at 40mcg my first cycle and then used a little more each time. Depends on how you respond to it, how old you are and what your diet and training and supplement schedule look like. Applying it twice a day seems like it worked best for me and the sooner I used it post workout the better my results seemed.

This would be a point to stress. Immense growth factor seems to work by inducing hyperplasia which is an increase in muscle fibers. The more room you have to put fibers in the better--while you are pumped up. I can attest to that fact. After you have more fibers, then you make them grow bigger through training, etc. That is why for my weight my arms measure just over 19".

This is a good place to start. Remember you can always increase if you need to.
 
I dont see problems running for 3-6-9-12 month......Does anyone experience a down grade of any sort? I didnt. I run it like I would GH........ long term.
