Off day for me from the weights. Should get my ass started on figuring
out my new DC workout. (hey, just saying it makes me want to start it)
You guys taking a day off or taking advantage of the holiday to hit it hard??
Not too happy with myself today. Slept like shit last night, woke up late, and felt all sluggish in the gym. It felt like I was just going through the motions. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
I decided to take last night off, I have a sore throat and felt i should take a night off... been on carb diet and tons of cardio... So, i think it weaked me a little.
anyway, feel great today... gonna pound some shit out tonight.
besides 3 or 4 workouts in the past 2 months I've had way too much time off. Going to start doing cardio during lunch and hitting the weights at night again soon.
Mike I'm in the same boat as you...but my excuse is not nearly as good as yours. But today is the day I get my lazy ass back into it. Going to hit it hard today and try to lose some of the far I have put on over the past couple of months.
