Okay maybe I'm a retard but....

I can't figure out how to get my pics uploaded to a thread. I have been a member at this forum for years but have never posted pics here...and probably shouldn't be posting these as they are embarrassing and fatty pics, but any help would be appreciated. I can't seem to find a thread that details how to upload...Thanks.

i havent posted one in a while, but it usually has to do with the size of the pic. there is a lot of free software out there that can reduce the size of the pic,
