I have to agree. I never used to even wear sleeveless shirts to the gym but have started to lately.

I sometimes feel like a tool but my shirts are pretty scummy so it's all good :)

Try drinking over a gallon of green tea a day. Yellow/green shit can ooze from your pores from time to time.

Well that is the way it was the first few weeks I was doing it but now I seem to be absorbing it better

i personally wear black tank tops.. calvin cline normal under shirt tanks... so i can see progress as i'm busting my ass in the gym... no normal t's unless necessary, or workout tanks... personally i like to see what i look like in the mirror as motivation... keeps me wanting to come back and shows me daily progress along w/ being able to visually see what needs work when it comes to symmatry and balance from right/left sides.

ass clowns who wear their little "budybuiling.com" t-shirts to the gym. It's fucking gay!

Yeah? What about the ones that cut the sleeves off those shirts too? There's a few of those ***s where I work out. Most have a little size on em, but are way out of shape. Definitely not what I'd be showing off.

Oh and as for MC shirts, I wish I could wear em. If I sport that around the gym on base, someone's bound to visit the site and find out about my "supplements." Kinda shitty, but I'll probably end up wearing the new ones if we ever get em.

People will definitely start to assume about your supps... they always will.. but there is ALOT of education to be learned here... not to mention I always use to tell people (when I used to help train people) it was important for me to know everything legal or not, b/c people were going to ask me the questions and I always wanted to have the right answers... (not that I advocate the use of anything of course) ... ;)
