Does anybody feel real dehydrated on IGF. This is my second time trying it. After a week or so, i start feeling real dehydrated. It almost makes me feel like I am getting weak and losing to much weight at the same time. I am trying to drink a lot of fluid. I am just wondering if I do not react well to it or something. Also I wonder if it is messing with my blood sugar or something. Another thing is I have to take a crap 3-4 times a day and it is not good. It is almost like I am sick, but I am not.

could be slight case of hypo which can happen to some igf users, hit up saudes and he may be able to help you better

its common or fairly common bro to get hypo on it, thats the weakness your feeling, carb up and youll see that fullness and crazy pump everyone notices from it, but my guess is ur needing carbs cause its messin with your blood sugars

how much are you dosing igf? I have read that the intestines have the most abundant igf receptors. IGF LR3 when inject will float around in your body until it binds to a receptor or is destoryed by ur body's immune system. So if your injecting way too much IGF, your intestines may be recieving some of the igf that your muscle didn't uptake and your intestinal cells will be going through cell division. Not sure if that the reason for your trips to the bathroom. but could be a correlation.

Yes, you are more than likely going a little hypo. Most users typically have to increase their carb intake when they use immense growth factor-1. You should always have a good water intake, and most bb'ers need to increase their water intake when they start using anything. I haven't been dehydrated from immense growth factor-1 that I know of, but have got it from AAS before.

I really started to think it was a blood sugar thing too. I went and got a glucose meter and I am going to try and watch it. I will start trying to put down more carbs and see what happens.

my advice on carbs is this

Find out what carbs work good for you. Now that I have lost a good % of bf I have decided to start adding more carbs in my diet. I have found out he following

I have a ton of energy after eating some yogurt, blueberries, and brown rice

however, off of any type of breads I get super bloated and tired. Same holds true for pastas etc...

I also have been getting bloated off of veggies

I was sent away on work this week and have been eating quite a bit of bread from sandwiches and I feel bloated and fat as hell. However, I know it should go away after a day or two and once my stress levels reside.

anyway, for carbs i'd go 1-2oz of blueberries in the morning. It was doing wonders for me before I got shipped out
