How the hell do they make test base? Where the f- do i get my hands on how to make test from thin air?

does anyone have a clue? It has to come from somewhere.

Is it one of those things we'll learn when we're old like making a bomb out of every day house hold items???

I think they just drain the testicles of a bull and put it straight in a bottle...let me know how it goes.

Shit that would save me a fuckload of money! Then maybe I could make my truck payment on time instead of buying gear..................... nah

Just like anything else there must be a recipe for it a combination of chemicals and other things the put together If you can find that then I'm sure you could do it if the equipment is not that expensive to by... If you are in school find a chemistry major and ask how you find out these things I'm sure it would be do able... It could also be some extract from something that they refine ...

test is synthesized from cholesterol. I don't know how it's done, but I know that is the process. There is a little info on how it's done in the body...how you synthesize it outside of the body I have no idea.

The synthesis of testosterone begins with the mobilization of cholesterol by the steroid acute regulator protein. The dominant steps involved in synthesizing testosterone from cholesterol are the formation of pregnenolone, 17--hydroxypregnenolone, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), androstenedione, and testosterone. A less dominant pathway involves the formation of progesterone from pregnenolone, followed by 17--hydroxyprogesterone, androstenedione, and testosterone.[1]

Regardless of the pathway, the rate-limiting step in the synthesis of testosterone is the initial formation of pregnenolone from cholesterol. This step is catalyzed by the enzyme P-450scc (cholesterol side-chain cleavage enzyme) and is inducible by luteinizing hormone (LH) secreted by the pituitary gland. Once released from the testes, testosterone may be converted to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in various target cells by the enzyme 5-reductase. Testosterone may also be converted to estradiol by the enzyme P-450arom (aromatase).[1,2]

Anyone know where to look for these publications...

From most of the research I've done, it seems all synthetic testosterone is made from either soy beans or yams. More specifically plant sterols like stigmasterol.
Here are the original publications from when this process was first discovered. I know it is a series of chemical reactions with the final product of testosterone, just wish I knew what the process actually was.

The Organon group in the Netherlands were the first to isolate the hormone, identified in a May 1935 paper "On Crystalline Male Hormone from Testicles (Testosterone)" by Karoly Gyula David, E. Dingemanse, J. Freud and Ernst Laqueur. They named the hormone testosterone, from the stems of testicle and sterol, and the suffix of ketone. The structure was worked out by Schering’s Adolf Butenandt (1903–1995).
The chemical synthesis of testosterone was achieved in August that year, when Butenandt and G. Hanisch published a paper describing "A Method for Preparing Testosterone from Cholesterol."
