Gut Growth

I am curious if anybody has had a problem with this? I usually think these things are exaggerated but somebody I respect recently posted about it. He thinks that if you take more than 50mcgs a day your gut is going to absorb some of it and grow. 60mcgs at the highest on a leg day or something to that extent. This is with splitting the doses ex. 25-25mchs 30-30mcgs

just wondering what everybodies thoughts here are on it as I haven't seen people talk about it on here
 
I always split dosages anyway, but does this guy have proof that it happens?
My opinion on gut growth is that it mainly has to do with the amount of food you put away. Some of the pros(and some of our guys) can put down a serious amount of cals/food....
 
Personally, I haven't experienced any growth gut whatsoever. I've used IGF a number of times at both low and high doses and haven't noticed any change with my gut.

I've read that it was basically impossible for IGF to cause gut growth like that seen from abuse of HGH... I've used 100mcg a day for weeks with no problems at all but everyone is different
 
I think you'd have to be using far more than 100mcg daily and for an extremely long time. HGH cycles are usually months, and with doses of 10 iu or higher like the pros use, that's a LOT of IGF-1 being produced, far more than 100mcg/day. That's what would cause gut growth.
