Dam, took wife and two kids, both with a friend to Six Flags amusment
park today. 6 of us. Had 1/2 price tickets also. Still spent a little over
$400 !!!! Getting in was almost $170. (with discount)
A fucking slice of shitty pizza
was almost $10 (had to feed everyone) A fucking water was almost
$4. Xtra for any games they played for stuffed anamal. How do
familys do it?? (I just got my tax return so I didn't mind blowing it too
much.) Oh yeah, also parking was $15 bucks, only about a mile away. lol

yeah bud, I hate the prices at amusement parks today. Disney is an easy 5 grand for a 5 day trip. I live close to Cedar Point and Kings Island in Ohio, but I haven't made the trip yet due to the prices. We used to bring our lunch and keep everything in a cooler in our car, just go out of the park for lunch. We don't do it much bud...every couple of years. But I did finally win one of those games the last time I was there. Won a little motorized scooter, but it is too small for me so my kids play on it. That is the highlight of my amusement park career.

Yeah the L.A. six flags is a ghetto piece of shit. I can only assume that they accept payment with the California food stamp card.

I truly hope you and your family had a nice experience though--that's what really matters.

Did you pay the asshole who always solicits you for a photo at the entrance? I hate those fuckers!

I frequent nearly all the California amusement parks-- Go to each one at least twice a year. The best one seems to be Lego-Land. It’s in the middle of “suburbia...” Most the ”riff-raff” steers clear. Also, the staff seems to be of better quality too--mostly local kids from the area (which is nice).

i got six flags, a water park, a baseball stadium, 2 major highways, AND a new foot ball stadium all up with like 1 mile of each other from my house.

parking for the baseball stadium is $12 alone, and you do literally have to walk a mile still. a mile just to see the rangers lose as usual.

We have a Six Flags here and its always crowded as heck. We have a lot of tourists(Final Four, Conventions,Mexican nationals) so they will pay the sky high prices to get in and they will spend the money.
Half Price tickets are available through my company, but still its a little fortune to take the entire family.

each and every one of you guys need to move to So Cal! You can buy annual passes to all parks for DIRT CHEAP. These passes also give you a big discount on the shitty food.
