Sick and back spasm

sorrry I haven't been around bro's. I've been sick all week and coughed really hard the other day and I threw my back out in the process... I've never really had back problems so I feel for people who have them all the time now. I was just sitting on the couch holding the baby and I had to cough and somehow my entire lower back froze up on me and I couldn't move. It was like one giant charlie horse cramp in my back. I had to stay home from work for two days which really sucks and now I've got family visiting this weekend and I'm barely able to walk.... what pisses me off more than anything else is that I just started making my comeback as far as training goes and I'd already dropped 3lbs. Forget about cardio for at least another week and this cold has made it hard to eat anything so hopefully I can keep track of my diet a little... fucking setbacks suck
 
I don't think I'm ready for heat yet as it's still pretty inflammed. I'm going to see if I can sit in the car long enough today to make it to my bro who's a chiro.
 
I have had times where I would have to brace myself against a wall with my hands
before I'd sneeze. What I do (actually did last night cus I pulled something in my
back also) is have the wife massage it with all her weight. It usually feels like a
fish floping around in there (the knot). It hurts but I have her do it as long as I or
she can take it. It's the NEXT DAY that it feels better. Really helps.
