started the 29th applied to the tries after chest day.
didnt really feel anything after however it was about 20 min after w/o
the 30th did bies spot applied with in 10 min that i felt gota say i like the mild burn.
last night i did a full tri w/o and hit them agian good w/o and kind feel a bit stronger
sides i didnt expect were 1) my ring and pinky fall asleep on me nightly bad after the first application no pain i slept threw the entirre night and each night since except to pee.2)my left forearm has not been able to do weighted hammer curls in a few months well i'll be dammed if i could do them agian .
i think my strentgh is going up but will keep an eye on it.
i'll keep all informed on my progress. over all its not even a week and its looken good thanks for your help

How do u have it all planned out dose wise and for howe long are u planning on using it?
 
hmm...well, those don't sound like horrible side effects so keep with it. I don't know what causes it with HGH but people sometimes report their hands falling asleep or pain. I would just keep an eye on it. Sounds good so far.
 
thanks for th replies, after all the reading ive done on igf i decided to go 20mcg bilaterally in muscles worked .
my w/o change abit with work and such however 2 on 1 off is typical for me hitting each muscle group hard once every 6-7 days . i seem to progress well with this type plan.
tomarrow is legs and for some reason ive been stuck abit in my squats i'm looking forward to see if my strength has gone up .my calves are by far my wekest body part so if i apply any igf it will be to them.
as far as length of use i was going with 4 weeks and rework after 4 week lay off. i'll take it a day at a time and let others know how it goes. thanks agian C

so i did legs today this is the first time squating since starting igf
i breezed threw a set of 12 at 225 and felt like it was 135 nice deal

i can say for sure stamina has increased i didnt get that intense burn i used to get . is this what guys mean by feeling 21 agian?

i'll be 35 soon and think i like this stuff. i havent notice any real change on the scale yet but i tend to think results in belt notches and the mirror are more important plus i do need to drop a few pounds....one day
 
Ahem, er, not exactly just stamina for exercise but more ;)
I'm sure you'll notice other benefits soon. Sounds like you are getting good results. Keep us posted.
 
have put on about 1/4 inch in the arms as of today .

still no change to the scale. dam woman in this house keeps bringing home pie she knows my weakness.... dam her lol otherwise still very possitive results.

i did notice if not applied to arms within 4 days that the tingling in my fingers will wake me up . so ill keep applications with in reason.
 
I personaly dont change weight on the scale either bro and i know alot of others do not either, it seems ur body composition just changes, u lose fat and gain muscle so ur weight remains the same while ur body changes to a leaner harder look, however some guys responds so different they have put on massive amounts of weight, i know one guy a couple years ago was pissed off cause he missed his weight class for an upcoming show cause his weight sky rocketed even though he leaned out, so everyones different but i think most guys dont change much on the scale but change alot on the mirror

anyways ur results sound good bro, keep it up
 
well as luck has it i got a chance to go on a week vacation and with no time off in the last 4 years i think im going to take it . so i will have to put a pause on my igf use until i return . as for results to date they are same as last post.no new changes i think it might do the body some good to rest since ive been tired latley working out one on one off this last week . i will cotinue this thread when i return . thanks for every ones iinput and help.
 
I thought it was SQ,, sounds like some of you are applying to the muscle??? Can this be done??? I am going to be new to it so I am running it with cyp/EQ 500/300 a week. I don't have any GH too expensive and too hard to get

Disregard this above I misunderstood in all your threads when some say apply to a muscle i thought they were injecting it so my mistake. I reviewed these threads and now understand differently.

hey bro, indeed i am. was going to continue this thread when i began to see some improvments . been back on for bout a week now had to cleanse the body from my little time off. (i set a many beer free that week).

its getting warm out and have noticed eating is getting tuff i just dont feel hungry especially in the mornings when its most important and my workouts have been suffering because of it . o well onward and upward just another thing we goota figure out and over come.

im like that to bro specialy summer time i can barely eat, sometimes ya just got to force it i know i do
 
well for the first time i did skull crushers with the ez curl bar 2-45lbs and 2-25lbs i will have to say the igf is kicken in. good times .. good times
 
cool, don't take any time off this time, and make sure to take some before and after pix. I am at the 6 day mark.
 
well my arms are still hovering around 17" point however i have begun to notice the biecep to take more shape .

still keeping applications between 40 and 60 mcg on days w/o only. not even threw one bottle yet.

strength is iffy some days way up others not so good but i will guess that has to due with the heat and diet


ya i probably should take a pic but knowing myself i probably wont i cant remember the last time i was in a photo.

one last thing . i got a compliment at the gym from this chick i see all the time and only really say hi or bye too. that was kinda nice , so guess somethings workin.
 
cool, yea my triceps are getting bigger which is really nice after 2 weeks. I can definitely notice a difference. Not much but something at least. The leaning factor helps a lot too.
