What do you all think about applying IGF to only one spot. I have calves that suck and want to bring them up. I know this goes against all the theories out there, but I have seen pictures of guys on this board that used it on only one muscle and it worked. I am going to start IGF in a week or two and want to use it in my calves only. I am going to use it 5 days a week at 40mcg each day. I will rub it in the outside of the calves one day and the inside the next day. Am I just wasting the IGF or do you think I should try this?
