woops...
So I can't deal with trying to draw only one mark on the syringe since this came presoluted with 1mL of solution. I'd prefer to draw a 10spot just because you get air and stuff drawing anyways.
So I added another mL of bacteriostatic water to the solution. I planned on adding more but as I discovered, that extra mL is not mixing with the original solution. I thought the solution was water based but I guess not because it's separating like oil and water.
So now I have one bottle that's basically worthless. Is there a way to get the solution to mix? Will shaking the bottle every time I draw do damage to the peptide?
Anyone do this before? Anyone else frustrated in their attempts to just draw a hatch mark's worth of a syringe?
